Can I return or exchange an item?Our return policy is designed to ensure the best experience for all our customers. Please review the following details regarding our return policy: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned to us. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that all sale and pre-owned items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy as we strive to provide the best service to all our customers.
